I have had to contact Acroprint twice for some issues with our time clock and the service technician each time was very helpful and our issues were resolved promptly and courteously. Great company to deal with and I highly recommend them!
Since 3 mail and 10 call top try to reach someone and I leave some voicemail without call back... e try to buy more employee... Its really hard to get services I bought timeqplus and proximity system since 1 week and nothing work ecause I'm unable to tak to anyone,,,,
proximity sensor works ok but we have had alot of issues off and on with the connectivity through Ethernet to the client server. Twice having to call tech-support only to get assigned a ticket number and then not receive a call back until the next day. Software and hardware works fine when its all jiving but cant say much for the customer service.
