I have had one of your employees install a unit in my shop on his own time ( still provided quotes under the company name ) with an apparent “perfectly working unit “. He attempted to do a back handed payment only charging for his work and not the unit. Since the day the unit was installed it hasn’t worked. 5 months have passed and he nor the company will take responsibility.
