If I could give zero stars, I would. This company operates with complete dishonesty and fraudulent practices. They refused to provide a CCN number to confirm an inspection from CBSA—an inspection that never even happened. Instead, they fabricated charges and attempted to extort money from us with no valid justification. To make matters worse, their transportation partner, Ontario Transway, illegally picked up our container after delivery without our approval. Fast and good service! Tony is professional in shipping area. Will do long term business with him.
I had the worst ever experience with this company. Called them 4 times and emailed over 10 times just to convert USD invoice to CAD and still no one responded back to me. Every time they said they will send it to me tomorrow and nothing.
