Angie is the absolute best! Without her I think my body would fall into a million pieces
Update: I felt the need to update my review because ever since my appointment I have been telling any and everyone who will listen about the medical massage I received. I have been so grateful for Nicole since my visit. I truly think about how she has made such an incredible impact on my ability to move without hip pain, specifically with internal rotation on my left hip, everyday. Angie is incredibly knowledgeable and asked questions in the intake that really captured aspects of my issue that I (and none of my earlier PTs) hadn't considered. She deftly used her fingers to check the various involved muscles and gave a clear explanation of all that was going on. She relaxed some muscles, and then Cara led me through some stretches. When I left I already felt incredibly better. I had gone to another PT for 10 visits and did not feel as good as I did after one with Angie.
I went to ACRO for a medical massage with Nicole today and it was great! She listens to what is going on, ask followup questions, and gets to work. She applied the appropriate pressure which felt both intentional and gentle. When she was releasing the muscles in my back I could feel the impact on the front of my body which is something I've never experienced in a regular massage. She let me know that it'll take 24-48 hrs for the muscles to finish releasing, feeling worse before feeling better but by the time I sat in my car ... read more
I didn't even realize how bad my mobility issues were until after I left. For the first time in months, maybe even longer, I can walk without stiffness I didn't even realize was there. The whole rest of my body feels worse just in comparison to my now working ankle. I can not recommend this place enough
