Worst pharmacy I've ever used. Constantly dropping the ball, not running billing correctly. Waited nearly 3 weeks to get a medication I was already approved for. Use someone else if possible.
Super disappointing with their services. I am so done with the frustration of dealing just to get to the medication I need. In reality, if the medication was for me, I would have quit and not even thought twice. But since the medication is for my baby that I am expecting, I have no other option. I was told that I would receive monthly phone calls for a new shipping and I never do. I call myself every single time when I noticed I ran out. Caroline is an EXCELLENT customer service rep, and should be recognized for her hard work. I'm not sure what an experience with Acro is like as a patient, but from the doctor's office perspective, we have had no trouble- especially when we get to speak with Caroline!
Awful place. I got my medication 1 week later.Send it to a wrong address and blame me for that.They just don't care about their customers.
I'd give them less than one star, if I could! I have been dealing with this company for two years now and have lots of negative experience. They NEVER return phone calls. Not sure why they even have voicemail options. They don't get your medicine shipped out half the time to the right place or the right time. I am constantly calling them to make sure things are done properly. It's a shame they are a medical company and deal with something so important.
