Update: 3/9/26. Received refund today after repoorting this companyto the State. Took over 6 months. Took our money and cancleed our insurance after with no refund.
It's the worst company in the world I've ever called and their employees are rude, a horrible experience, they don't offer good service and they hang up on you, don't use this company for your insurance.
I have been with this company for years and all I have to say is stay away from them. If you want to contact them it’s through email no phone. They don’t know how to communicate. This company should go out of business for good
Rich the “Manager” is an absolute dog to deal with. Hangs up the phone before letting me finish my sentence. I’m looking for Dealer Open Lot insurance per their website and says “we don’t offer that product” and literally hangs up without letting me finish. What an unprofessional bottom feeder low class guy. The only person that was nice was the receptionist. Rich has to go.
