Overall positive experience, family owned company w/ consistent service. Engineering team very helpful :)
Very Reliable and High Quality Feeders
Extremely poor customer service in the parts department. It has taken over 8 days so far to try and get $2k chemical feed pump ordered and they still can't seem to be bothered to assist.
We ordered parts back in December and were quoted a 3-4 week lead time. It is now April and I have called and emailed multiple times and no one will get back to me about when they will have these parts done. I get that COVID is a thing and I understand that everything has longer than normal lead times right now but when a company can't even take the time to get back with you and get you an update on your 3 month overdue part - well I have an issue with that.
