If you’re looking for the worst Title Company To deal with then this is the spot. Probably the worst Title Company I’ve dealt with since 2001 I feel obligated to leave a one star review because Unfortunately there's nothing less to give. Horrible experience normally it’s just one person, but in this case it was everybody we dealt with the company.

They also go by A Absolute Escrow Settlement. Acres owned by Peter horrible title company. The owner Peter is the worst person to deal with he does not work well with others. Instead of being clear on what he needs to clear title he will threaten to kill the deal days before closing. Buyers, sellers, realtors, attorneys please beware!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. Peter, the owner had been hired to do a title search. The search came up basically clean but with one, already cleared, past mortgage noted. All he had to do was to have this removed so we could close our deal. We waited 30 days, no explanation of why it was taking so long, and then no returned emails. Because of him, I lost my deal to sell my home. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. Definitely stay away from this company !!
