Not sure they understand when to trim rose bushes. I stopped the employees on Thursday and they came back out the following day and trimmed all 14 of my rose bushes to the ground, before we are out of snow and frost. Will they pay for the replacement of the killed bushes at the Maturity price (4years-1year) these were own-root roses. Not cheap like bareroot or grafted root.
Had the pleasure of speaking with Roberto today regarding the snow shoveling on my sidewalk. He was very professional and kind, and got the job done in no time. Thank you Yellowstone for your hard work keeping our community looking its best, and thank you Roberto for your kindness and efficiency.
