I made arrangements for my mother to be cremated with this company on 2/11. She passed on 2/15. There was a snow storm in our area and I was advised by the police that acremation wouldn’t make it out and that a funeral home will be picking her up until acremation was able to perform their job functions. It was tons of funeral homes that were driving all over dallas. That will not let my sister see my mother and thay are going to change $250.00 gust for 5 people to get 20 minets and not until Monday when my mom died on Friday. They didn't say this when they came and picked up my mother. When thay came and picked up the body that sad all we had to do is make an appointment with them and my sister will be able to see her but now thay won't let us see until Monday. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I do not believe thay deserve the star I giving them
