I had a significant emergency when my ac stopped working. I was pleasantly surprised that ACREE was able to come out the same day! The team communicated the timeframe for the tech arrival and kept me informed by letting me know who to expect. Renaldo was an expert who helped me get my unit back up and cooling off again the same day! Renaldo exceeded expectations when he shared additional tips on how to maintain my unit so that it functions as efficient as possible.
Update: I used Acree in the past for my AC needs, and today I used them for a plumbing issue for the first time. Rick came out and explained everything clearly and did a great job. I was able to save a good amount of money by being a service member and also used a coupon. Rick was great to work with, I have received nothing but great customer service every time I was only able to talk with Leon for about 10 minutes, but based on that I will definitely call him again in the future, we were able to do some general maintenance ... read more
