If I could give them zero stars I would! We are without water, called and scheduled a plumber to come out and they originally said they would be here between 2-4pm (on Friday). At 4:20 I called to check on the status, they informed me they were held up but they would definitely be here! At 5:30 called again to check on the status was told the time had moved to between 5-7pm. At 6:20 received a call from them and was told sorry we can't come out today and we don't have anyone until MONDAY!!!!! Now we are without water ALL WEE... read more
On 10/29/25 I have another 5 star review to add. His name is Hernando Fernandez. I had an issue with my A/C which I thought was the nest thermostat and within minutes Hernando knew it wasn't that but a drain issue. He did a very thorough inspection. There were two expensive things he quoted me and at first I said no thanks. As we continued to talk and discuss the UV light exc. and he offered me an exceptional price after he called his boss, I decided to do everything he recommended. That is rare for me.
