Acree was great! The service tech (Quinton) was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Will definitely use them in the future. Pricing was very reasonable as well.
Totally overpriced for the service rendered. Had company coming in town and needed the repair immediately so they had me over a barrel. Such is life. Do your research when not pressed for time. Negotiate with knowledge. On the other side. Employee performing the work was competent and knowledgeable. The system is working again.
Was charged a huge amount to have my outside faucet changed out. Was going to b over 700 dollars they came down to 599. I couldn't believe it. Easy access. Used the blow torch to un glue the copper pipe then unscrewed the faucet piece put on the new one that was about 15 dollars put on the white plumbing tape and screwed on the new piece. Took about mayb 40 minutes. This place should absolutely b ashamed. I will never use them again and never recommend them
Dorian and Tristin were absolutely wonderful! They helped us so much and were incredibly thorough, explaining the entire process in real time.
