Was treated like garbage. I felt invisible. Waited forever and the helper was rude. I would never go there again. Would rather pay more money someplace else.
Dr. Margy took great care of my dog; very kind and concerned. Decent prices. No problem getting appointments, nice staff. No problems here
I saw 3 police cars in the parking lot on Friday Nov. 1 2013... around noonish.. wonder if a client finally got really mad. I know I was treated poorly also. I heard a former client caused a scene in the waiting room several weeks ago. How sad that a great animal clinic can turn so bad just by relocating and hiring different workers.
I switched to another vet a few weeks ago. I had the same problem. And they were giving me a hard time getting my records transfered. She'll put herself right out of business with her and her workers attitude. I guess good old Elk Trails vet and staff are gone for good.
I have had the exact same experience. I started taking pets elsewhere.
Very poor service. Lack of compassion. Staff is incredibly rude and dismissive. Dr. Had much better attitude and much kinder caring staff before the change of location. Very dissatisfied. Will never recommend.
