If you see Acra Construction.....RUN!! They lie about their time frame and then lie about why they can't start on time. We were told 3 weeks and they final started 2 1/2 months later. The tile work was bad and they had to come back three times for re-dos. I can handle the long wait but be honest and tell me when it is really going to be. Don't Tell me one thing and then come up with a bunch of untrue excuses why you can't keep your promised time frame. Be up front. It's not that hard. This is simply not true about Acra. Yes it took longer to start the job than anticipated its not that we had to come back for re-dos we came back to correct any issues that the customer may have with the tile job. We were hones and upfront we had 2 tile guys go on workman's comp because they got injured which is not something you can for see. We strive to keep all customers happy.

The work completed by the contractor is fine however there is little ability to timely accomplish any particular part of a project and there is no communication with their client.

We had to go back to the Pima County to have the plans revised we can not control how long they take to approve the plans. We have been emailing our client he is out of country and now he is in Hawaii. Its hard to communicate but we have been sending emails with updates.
ACRA Cinstruction, LLC has been an exceptionally good experience for me. Their employees are not only CRAFTSMEN (it is with great respect that I call specially **** this) but totally honest, professional and very curtious. ** constructed the most incredible closet! I spoke with three other individuals that also used them and they were also pleased.
I want to share my experience with Acra Construction. From start to finish of our extensive kitchen and 2 bath remodel, Acra was fantastic to work with. We had some tight deadlines and very specific requests, all of which were accommodated perfectly while taking into consideration our budget. All of the work was high quality and professionally done.
