I made an appointment with Jill over the phone and she seemed very helpful , I had arranged for a family member to meet them @ my home but she insisted that I be there so I had to take time off work , Jill has told me they would ring me 1 hour before the time of the appointment. I booked an appointment Jill @ACR and even though her appointment was in 11 days I told her I had 2 other appointments that I would cancel as hers was sooner told her the problem and she narrowed it down to 2 possibilities also informed her that I had to work so someone else would let them in she wanted me to be there so I said that I would leave work 3 hours early, I rang the day before appointment as we had not spoken for 10 days she informed me that all was good they would be there between 2 and 4 pm and would call me 1 h... read more
