Spent a lot of money with this company redoing my ac vents and got some custom linear vents. After installation the linear vents started making noise. Asked them to come and fix the vents as the noise is loud and it shouldn't be making this noise. They tried to fix it by tightening and loosening the screws. Every time they left the noise would simply come back and even louder. What should have been done was them offering to replace it. Came within 12 hours to fix our AC problem during a heatwave. Very nice and professional. Didn't try to upsell or pressure us into anything we didn't need, which others have before. Thank you Oren and team!
Very overpriced. They wanted almost $500 to change a capacitor. I declined, as you can get them at a hardware store for $30-40 and change them yourself with Youtube and a socket wrench. The tech was courteous and competent and checked the refrigerant pressure as part of his diagnosis, which I appreciated, but they were just asking way too much for something you can do in 10 minutes. Service fee is $125.
