They came out the next day! We didn’t have to wait days without heat. Dan was fantastic, knew exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it quickly. Also was able to teach my husband and I a few things and where our filters for our humidifier were etc. We moved into this house and didn’t know anything about the furnace as we had a pellet stove at our old home. Our burners had corroded. Would absolutely call them again if any trouble arose.
Our service professional was helpful and friendly.
Dan and Ryan figured out my problem fast and efficiently. They had my heating system up and running within an hour of arriving.
