Business makes junk products that they do not stand behind. Don’t waste your money on this company with so many other businesses out there that won’t steal your money.
Read the small print on the product description (often vague and misleading) and be prepared for return fees, return postage fees, restocking fees, credit card fees on the fees...caveat emptor!
I bought an ACR ResQLink PLB in 2018 for hiking. Recently I took it into one of their authorized Battery Replacement Centres, Anchor Marine in Victoria BC, for scheduled battery replacement service. During the servicing for over $200, they broke the clip that secures the wraparound antenna in place, and they refuse to take responsibility for it. Zero stars is what I would give if I could!!!!! Ordered over 3 weeks ago and just received a email they messed up on my shipping address and my well over $1000 order was sent to Puerto Rico and I live in the USA!!!! Then they informed me they are re sending the item again three weeks late ! Now I have to wait another three weeks to receive my items !!!! Never ever will I order from this company again!!!!!
