Very disappointed with this company. I contacted them for a proposal on remediading an outside of a commercial property. I had a report already. They told me the inspector who did it was new (Gigi) and that there were many errors in the report (Tony ) and that this company is the “only one” in California that offers reports, remediation, permits, attorneys referral in the same place. Very glad I found Tony as my CASp inspector. The depth of his knowledge is unbelievable. Tony was very patient and articulate about the ADA regulation and offered insights and tips for business owners. His legal background also helped tremendously in my case, which is very valuable and something you don't get from other inspectors. I highly recommend ACR design and build.
