ACR Autowerks was great to work with. Andy did a water pump job on my 3 series and clearly knows BMWs. Way better pricing than other specialty shops in the valley and miles better than the dealer. Provided great quoting, excellent communication and repairs were done very professionally. They also offered an after-hours pickup. Great pricing, fast turnaround, and solid expertise. Highly recommend, ask for Andy.
Andy is always super helpful and although my car has been a pain in the butt for everyone involved he knocked it out! I've had EVERYTHING done here from blower motor and resistor to fuel pump and much more. He even defogged my head lights and swapped them over to LEDs. I highly recommend taking your car here to be treated like family and not get some crazy run around.
Worst mechanic ever! Took my 335i there to get it fixed. After over $3k and a whole year and 2 months of it being there he still wasn’t able to fix it, in fact it’s driving even worse than before now. I do not recommend going to Andy Roger’s for any kind of repair.
After the dealer tried and failed three times to fix the oil leak on our VW GTI, we took it to ACR Autowerks. They got it right the first time for a fair price. We will use them again!
