Michael from ACR determined the problem with one of our units and explained it to me in simple terms that I could understand. I agreed with his suggestions and went ahead with the repairs the next week. Michael was thorough, professional and courteous - even Addy the dog liked him. I highly recommend ACR - thanks guys.
