This is the second time we worked with Terry and he has been amazing! Our second house was a very long process and we needed to jump through many hoops. Terry was great at explaining everything throughout the process, always willing to see the house when we needed to and kept us calm during a challenging period! 100% recommend him when buying/selling!!
T-Bone was an awesome realtor to work with. We had a baby on the way and needed a house and his activity house searching with us got us in our first home before our baby was born. Terry started out as our realtor and ended as our friend. I couldn't recommend someone more and couldn't feel more justified about a decision than the one we made to work with him.

We met Terry totally randomly at an Open House he was hosting and were very impressed by his knowledge of the Des Moines area. It was the best thing that had could have happened for our house search. Although we were not interested in that particular house, Terry helped us find exactly the right house and put in considerable efforts on our behalf, well beyond the call of duty.
