Love everything about Acqua. I always feel so much better afterwards. The staff are very polite and professional, making each visit as complimentary as possible. I've used other infrared saunas but none compare to Acqua's. Their facilities are very clean and well planned for any/everything you could need or want.
I had a Groupon so that helped. But the air was cold after getting out of the water and I had a hard time figuring out how to get the shower water warm enough. Also, without my glasses, I couldn't tell what was shampoo (if any) and what was shower gel in the dispenser on the wall. I doubt I would pay full price to do it if I went again.

Loved the sauna! Jordan was very helpful and explained how everything worked. I will be back for sure :)
My husband and I enjoyed our first of many visits the flotation spa was amazing the atmosphere was perfect and Jordan the staff member was great we totally give this place five stars it was clean beautiful and very very very well thought out. This is a Louisville highlight
