BEWARE....this is no longer a good company, they charge you for services they don't do, do a bad job on the little they do, they are very rude and uninterested when you address them with any issues, have done work at my house without my permission when I wasn't home and charged me for it, charged my card without my permission or knowledge they were going to. Bad all around! I would give a zero if allowed.
We had a huge backyard **** in the backyard.. and we chose aqua pools is the company we chose after speaking with several other companies. Although they were slightly higher in price, we ultimately chose them because of their patience and knowledge and quality of materials they were using. well let me tell you , when the day came to break ground, this pool company floored us with how quick, clean, knowledgeable, friendly and professional they were. BEWARE!! I called Aqua pools this year to open my pool and was quoted $385 to open including chemicals. We were promised to be told of any additional costs or chemicals needed. The workers were there no longer than 30 minutes and did not discuss and additional charges or chemicals needed with my husband who was present the whole time. We get a bill for $685 today. We will not be using this Untrustworthy company again! Please see the photo of the bill attached.

I spent a lot of time trying to find someone to install a new pool in my backyard several years ago. It’s so hard to find a pool company that gets consistent positive reviews. I’ve heard many horror stories from friends using large and small pool companies. Some friends of mine recommended Acgua Pools. I called Lou and he came over and instantly made me feel comfortable. Todd, has been great, we recently purchased a house in wayne, nj that had an existing pool, he has helped us get the pool ready for the season and has helped with getting and keeping in running. They have been an excellent resource for us. Highly recommend Stephen D.

Acqua installed our pool about 20 years ago and we've always used them for service. They keep their commitments and the entire staff are genuinely a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend.
My 10 year old Polaris wasn't working properly. Instead of trying to sell me a new one, Acqua Pool said that they would try to fix the issue. Very happy that (1) they tried to fix it instead of selling me a new polairs and (2) they did manage to fix it!!! Awesome job, saved me $$$. Always a pleasure doing business with Acqua Pools. Friendly and expert staff.
