I had a great experience with Acqua Plumbing and Gas. Their communication was excellent and they acted very quickly when I needed help. The staff were friendly and professional, and the tradie Michael who came out was fantastic. He replied quickly, arrived on time, worked efficiently, and was very professional throughout the whole job. I highly recommend this company if you need reliable and fast plumbing services. Great service all around!

Our property manager obtained a quote for my commercial property to install a hot water system. I emailed them to clarify a few details on the quote on the 8th of December 2025 and still haven't had a response to a basic query. If you have enough work don't jerk people around and say so. And yes it is the right company I am reviewing.

Mat from Acqua replaced a hot water heater for us a few years back and performed a wonderful job. Fast forward a few years and we had a minor plumbing issue that needed urgent attention. Mat was able to fit us into his schedule in a very short time, even taking the additional time to deal with our real estate agent regarding access. During the works he found an additional minor fault that he was able to include in initial repairs.
