Although Dr. Cesar is professional, the staff at the clinic are quite rude. There seems to be little point in scheduling appointments if patients are kept waiting for an hour or more after arriving. My appointment was at 2 PM, and 45 minutes later, I was still waiting to be seen. At that point, visiting a walk-in clinic would have been more efficient. This lack of respect for patients’ time is very disappointing.
Doctor Angela Shen is an exceptional family doctor. Her receptionist have been great and very helpful when I call with questions.
Bad service! I didn’t finish my first word they just hanged up the phone!
