Doctor Angela Shen is an exceptional family doctor. Her receptionist have been great and very helpful when I call with questions.
Bad service! I didn’t finish my first word they just hanged up the phone!
Dr. Denise Chan is great, I appreciate her a lot as my doctor. But their receptionist is horrible. Every time I speak with her, it leaves an unpleasant experience- she has been rude, unhelpful and her tone of voice is just not made for customer service. It's not the first time which is why I felt compelled to leave this review. Honestly, Aqua Medical Centre should strongly consider replacing their receptionist- since its quite clear she doesn't like her job (why else would she be so rude all the time)- probably best for all ... read more
