Worst customer service anywhere. I recieved a 10% off November coupon email. Once I tried to order a half and half but the online order wouldn't accept the order. On the phone they would take the order but not the coupon. I went to Giordano's and was very pleased. Today I tried to order online butonlone wouldn't accept the email November coupon I had. I went to the reasturant and discovered. My order didn't go through. When I asked about the coupon the manager said "I give you nothing". They had zero orders waiting. Back to ... read more
The food is so amazing! Everything is fresh and tastes like Italy! Homemade pasta is incredible. We felt like family there.
