Fantastic service. As a service technician, Matt is great to deal with over the phone on a technical support level, followed up by prompt part quotes at fair prices as prompt part deliveries. I dealt with Matt from AC-PSA and from the beginning he was a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of Samsung units is ridiculous. He is always trying to help in every way possible without the pressure of being a salesman. Even if he missed your call, I know without doubt he will ring me back asap. I for one will never have to use another Samsung tech or parts supplier. Would highly recommended.
