Five stars for ACPSA! I needed a Samsung fan motor for my ducted AC and they were incredibly professional. They responded with a quote almost immediately and I was able to pick up the part the very next day. Total opposite of my experience with Lismore Appliances, who took my money for a part they didn’t have, never sent a receipt, and then went silent. I had to lodge a PayPal claim just to get my money back from them. Do yourself a favour: avoid Lismore and just go straight to ACPSA. Fast, reliable, and honest.
Great experience working with the Team at AC-PSA, really easy to deal with and helpful selecting the correct parts. Fantastic service. As a service technician, Matt is great to deal with over the phone on a technical support level, followed up by prompt part quotes at fair prices as prompt part deliveries. If all brands had someone like Matt the Airconditioning repair industry would be a breeze. I highly recommend this service to everyone.

I dealt with Matt from AC-PSA and from the beginning he was a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of Samsung units is ridiculous. He is always trying to help in every way possible without the pressure of being a salesman. Even if he missed your call, I know without doubt he will ring me back asap. I for one will never have to use another Samsung tech or parts supplier. Would highly recommended.
