I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Ghassemi he was always very polite, professional and seems very knowledgeable. However I was very disappointed with his staff today. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30am I live 40-50 minutes away and caught some traffic on the parkway on the way there and was 10 minutes late. My personal experience with this practice was seamless, from the font end staff to the nursing staff and the physician to the medical billing staff, all exuded professionalism. The staff in the billing department were very helpful in explaining everything in detail regarding my benefits prior to my procedure. I highly recommend this office for any vein treatment.
Were can I start, first i have never experienced The respect, love and caring the staff at ACP Vein center have sho wn me. Jodi, Rick from the receptionist everyone is beautiful, and i have been to mqny different offices but this is without a doubt the Best Practice and office i have ever experienced in alll my life
I was very happy with the staff and service but I was told that I was responsible for the $500 co-pay and thus far I have received bills for almost $4000 above the co-pay that make no sense to me. I had an in office procedure and was billed $8700.00 for an operating room? There are so many different charges and Drs names including Dr Ghesammi who I only saw once at the time of the initial consultation. Needless to say this was not a good experience.
I saw Dr. Ghassemi recently for a vein procedure. I was extremely happy with the care that he and his staff gave to me. They were very thorough and explained everything in detail. The vein coordinator was very informative and explained in detail my insurance coverage and deductible in advance of my procedure. I feel so much better now after having my bulging veins removed. I would highly ACP Vein center and Dr. Ghassemi.
