Highly intelligent doctor whose specialty is internal medicine
Dr Prior is dismissive, defensive, and completely unprofessional with elderly patients. My parents waited weeks for an appointment in Green Valley, only to experience an incredibly disrespectful and unsupportive visit with Dr. Prior. My 80 year-old mother came prepared with researched questions about my father’s dementia medication and a new side effect (incontinence). This place is awful. I went in as a new patient and asked Dr. Belokin for a referral to a gastroenterologist. She asked me some medical history questions and then left the room, didn't say she was finished or anything. The assistant came in and gave me the referral. I leave and get a bill for $249.00. I called the office and told them I only came in for the referral, that I wasn't sick and did not receive medical care and they told me I was paying for a "meet and greet."
