Boiler at offices was not working, I called Adam and he took the time on the phone and photo messages to troubleshoot me through the problem which resulted in the boiler back up and running! He was professional and knowledgeable throughout - thank you so much Adam - will definitely be recommending you to others!
I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Adam, who came to my home this morning to fix a broken boiler. Not only did he arrive on time, but he also kept me informed by messaging me several times to confirm the appointment date and arrival time, which I truly appreciated. Inspite of being very busy, ACP Heating got back to my urgent request to fix my heating. They promised to fit me in on the same day which was great as it was a very cold day. They kept me informed and came and carried out the work late in the evening. Certainly very professional and courteous. From my experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
