Very knowledgeable and helpful
Poor customer service nobody calls you back, wish I went somewhere else, next time I need hearing aids will go somewhere else
Never returned any of my phone calls. One hearing aid simply fell on the floor and the handle broke. Returned them they super glued them together and sent me a bill for nearly 50 bucks. Texted them about this they never responded. Called at 9 this morning it is almost 5 now and they haven’t called me back. I called because the other hearing aid fell onto our bathroom floor. This place does not call back..last time was 6 calls we made, thus time so far we are on 3 calls. Hearing aid broke !!
