Great costumer service
Joel came out fixed my fireplace the first visit. He was so knowledgeable we felt secure he would fix our problem. We have a new house and Woodburners installed the fireplace. It has never worked correctly. It goes off and on and sometimes won’t turn off. We notified them for three years. They always blamed us that it needed batteries. We always kept new batteries in it.
