So far my experience with the practice and Mike Ponce have been positive. Need to have one of my hearing aids re configured but so far so good. I feel Mike really listened to my concerns and set up game plan to fit them.
Everyone is friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and they listened to me. I was told about the testing and told what to do. I was given time to think about which type of hecovari. Also he eitng Aids. No pressure to buy and was understanding of my financial commitments. I would recommend going to them for all your hearing aids. I will be getting mine from Acoustic Audio Hearing Center.
