I would not take any furnishings to this resale store. What a major disappointment… it seems that they continually change managers and I’m not sure they have a good eye for furnishings. Some of the real junk is over priced and the high end priced low. This alone makes dealing with them difficult, as the new regime does not agree with the old. EDIT: The owner reached out to explain from their end and offered to reconcile the situation. Appreciate the customer service. I corresponded with Acosta about consigning a sofa. In multiple emails I was told they would absolutely consign it for me. They saw the sofa in photos via email. The drivers came to pick it up and according to protocol have to send photos of the furniture to Acosta to confirm they want it. As soon as you walk into the store your eyes start trying to take everything in. From furniture to lamps, pictures and all types of accessories you don't know where to start! The store is clean and extremely organized, I love going here especially during the holidays.
