By referral I went to see Dr. Acosta in August of 2024 and was very impressed with his personal care and explanation of my breast situation. Thanks to him I now have a better understanding on how to treat my specific condition eliminating many doubts and worries along the way. I've been a patient of Dr. Acosta's for 20 years. He is the most thorough doctor...he takes all the time you need and answers all your questions. He is very kind and patient. I have never felt rushed. Excellent bedside manor. He will review every lab report, line by line and make certain you understand all the information. His staff has been with him for many years, and they are ALL lovely people. I feel welcome when I enter his office. He is the best surgeon in Southern California!

I love, love, love the care and treatment I receive from Dr. Acosta and his phenomenal staff. Dr Acosta has performed 2 surgeries on me for breast cancer. I so value and appreciate that Dr Acosta’s surgical technique always includes post-operative results. He is never rushed. He ensures that all my questions are answered and he is so incredible experienced, knowledgeable, and charming! I feel confident in his care of my healthcare needs.

I moved up North and moved back 20 yrs later and I am now old as dirt lol I was a CNA and worked at the hospital where he was ,, he was also my Dr for 2 surgery's . I have yet to find a Doctor in all these many years I would guess in 40 yrs now that is As Good as Dr Acosta . seen many a Dr in my time and he is by far the best of the best .. Thank you Dr Acosta .

I first met Dr. Acosta in 1994 when he performed surgery on me for an intestinal bleed. Not only is he a fantastic surgeon (I have had 4 other surgeries performed by him), he is an amazing person. He is smart, kind, patient, and puts a smile on your face when you are lying in a hospital bed and feeling low. I have the utmost trust in him. He is a vascular surgeon and is also sought after for cancer breast surgery. The breast he removed my lump from looks better than other.

He's been my surgeon for 29 years since mastectomy of 1987. I have complete trust and confidence in his decisions of treatment for specific issues. He spends whatever time is necessary with each patient for explanation of diagnoses and recommended treatment, and/or surgical procedures, and what to expect post-op. Personally calls with test results and followups. Genuinely caring physician - excellent surgeon.
