Pesímo servicio. En un año mi mama, diabetica y cardiopata, solo ha logrado ver a la doctora Acosta una vez. Tras reagendar una cita en enero la unica fecha disponible era a fines de junio. Encima ha llamado 4 veces para que le prescriban su glucometro y cada una de esas veces no lo han hecho. Esta practica no tiene seriedad alguna. Es una vergüenza total!
I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. You have a long wait time only for the doctor to barely see you and dismiss your complaints. Sometimes no one even answers the phone or they say they'll return your call but never do, so you need to show up to ask questions. The doctor, if you can call her that, does not obtain a comprehensive medical history or symptom list and then decides to withhold medication and supports based on your appearance alone. Ideally, I would also only give 0 stars. Ridiculous, backwards, ignorant women galore. No help to anyone.
