I have trying to reach Acos Energy but no luck. Waiting for them to re-install my solar panels which are just lying in the open in the backyard and posing extreme risky conditions as we have children and pet. All my attempts to contact to reschedule have failed. Spruce Power is my solar company and they have contracted to ACOS and even given the job # J-031360. Also have been trying to call the phone number but no response there as well. Kindly look into the job #. Its extremely poor customer service.
Just got the record, Acos was about to finalize an agreement with me, and another solar rep from a rival sweet talked me out of it! It was a GRAVE MISTAKE! MY son has ACOS and is thrilled with the results...We ended up paying $400+/month by being financed by a PREDATORY LENDER by the name of GOODLEAP! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACOS!!
Install went great ...the tree company cleaned up trees and ground down stumps. Panels were installed. Great company!
Great management and great place to work !!
Very professional. Great workmanship. They replaced our roof in addition to installing solar panels. They lived up to all schedules and kept in contact with us through all permitting processes to let us know where we were. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
