Would not correct their mistake Hired to check 1st floor HVAC unite for potential leak and charge if necessary. The technician mistakenly checked my 2nd floor unit which I had already been tested and was working fine. Claimed it had a leak and said he added 3 LBS of coolant to the system which was working perfectly.
