Horrible customer service. Been trying to cancel membership for months can’t speak to any real person. Only an automated chat system or emails that don’t get reply’s. They have been collecting the monthly fee from more for over a year with no access to my account.
I would give 0 stars if I could, horrible customer support. No access to my account, but they do collect their fee on the monthly basis. No resolution for anything.
The whole refer 2-4 friends and get a bonus is a scam; tried it twice, all my references created accounts and invested within the timeframe - never got the promised $900. The customer service said there was an issue with one of the people (both times, one reference had an “issue they could not disclose” - even though their investments went through). I requested a supervisor- who called me after 6pm, left a VM without a call back number and then closed my case. The worst investment platform I’ve tried!
I've been investing for a little over 2 years now. They only show you a few cents you made per month from the investment, but don't show you the outrageous fees they automatically withdraw from your bank. I signed up for their $1 monthly service fee, but I've noticed that without my knowledge, they've been taking $3 from me for a while.
