` I've tried a few cakes, all chiffon. mocha, green tea, and regular. the frosting is more of a lightly sweetened whipped cream and the cake is always moist, airy, and not too sweet as well. nicely decorated, with little chocolate "happy birthday" signs, sugar hearts, etc. the bread is average, and overpriced. the koroke (croquette) is average even though it was fresh from the oven. peanut butter bread (gombo bbang) was a little too dry.
