We took my husband's truck in because we thought it was having transmission trouble. The guys at Acorn checked it all out, found it wasn't the transmission, got it to the right place to solve what they thought the problem was, discovered THAT wasn't the problem, called us to come get the truck and told us what we might try next. Then they said "No charge." We were blown away by this. They had spent time and manpower checking the truck out.
