Stairlift is good, installation not. They told us that we were not going to see the cables but they are completely exposed. UPDATED: A customer support representative (Terri) contacted me and review my case, she sent a technician (Rob) to fix the problem and he did an excellent job, now, the wiring is all hidden. Not all the companies would fix these issues but Acorn did, we are very happy with the stairlift and the company behind it. Highly recommended.
WONDERFUL USE ESPECIALLY WHEN HAVING TO CARRY ITEMS UP AND DOWN STAIRS
Great sales and service team and the product is outstanding. Made the impossible, possible for my dad.
