Excellent service from sales rep. to installer, to inspector. Sales rep. did an excellent job in giving me a thorough explanation. The price was reasonable. The installation was done quickly and accurately. The installer explained and demonstrated everything I needed to know. I would definitely recommend Acorn to all my family and friends.
Had tech Peter Chapman come out did an awesome job on repairing our stairlift out high 5 for him hope to have him if we encounter and other issue good guy hope he’s our teck valuable asset to the company
I have bad knees and want to stay in my house so I needed the stair lift to get into my basement to do my laundry, get to my Freezer, well a lot of things. The rep Mark was wonderful, and the installer was great and the price was fair. I will utilize the chair often.
We recently purchased a stairlift from Acorn Stairlifts. The Surveyor, Ofelia Gonzalez, visited our home and provided us with an exact amount our Stairlift would cost. She was very helpful and made pertinent suggestions. We agreed with the proposal and scheduled installation. Our installer, Mike Thompson, was prompt and very meticulous.
