They come out to see your stairs; give you the amount it will cost before they leave. They are all very professional and very knowledgeable. This is a wonderful company to work with.

The installer showed up about 8:00am and the entire installation was completed by 11:30am! Unbelievable! I was totally impressed.. courteous, efficient and respectful. The Acorn stair lift is impeccable and well designed and built. Should’ve installed this years ago!
Technician/installer was outstanding. Very efficient and proficient. Explained everything and we are very happy with our Acorn lift.
