I am not happy that I had to have 2 lifts installed for one staircase. I will be contacting the company to see if they can convert this to one lift. It is difficult and dangerous to switch chairs on the landing. I will add more later after I contact the company to see how they address this problem. We received exactly what was described to us and what we expected. The sales representative was not high pressure and the installer was prompt, thorough and neat. Great product I am no longer trapped in my house!!! Professional installation, quick and easy no muss no fuss. Cleaned up when he was done. What more can you ask for?
Stairlift is great. The installation went smoothly and my husband is now able to go up and down the stairs without any issues. Unfortunately, one of the remotes isn't working properly and we still don't have the replacement and the amount we paid for the Stairlift is in question. Hopefully we will get it straightened out.
My experience in dealing with the Acorn company was outstanding from my first inquiry call to the main number to the installer completing the installation. Their efficiency, competence and friendly interaction was evident in all stages of the procedure. The chairlift has met my expectations completely, and I am a satisfied customer.
