🤬 Y'all, stay away from Acorn Stair Lift like it's a plague! 🤢 I had the worst experience with them, and I'm still fuming. They'll charge you an arm and a leg for service calls without even blinking an eye, and don't even get me started on their "friendly" customer service 🤣. It's all about the Benjamins, honey! If you value your sanity and wallet, look elsewhere! 1/5 stars, would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Initial inquiry followed up in same hour. The representative came next day and gave me options and a price. The chair was installed the next day, unbelievable

EVERYONE was polite and informative. installer Gordon was fast, informative, helpful and worked straight through!!! please also let him know that he left a tool here--it is by my outdoor ramp at the bottom..waiting for him to get it. love my chairlift. second one from Acorn. what can I do with my old discarded one? thanks.
