I have no balance and weakened muscles because of MS. I love my stair lift but wish it had one button to push to make it go up and down because pushing the button for the entire trip is almost more thanican do. Thank you.
Happy that I found Acorn through a local company who referred me to them because they do not do curved stairlifts. The salesperson did an excellent job in presenting the product. Installation was done within 2 weeks. Gordon installed the stairlift in a breeze. He was very pleasant and took time to clearly demonstrate the chairlift. I find it easy to operate and I feel safe riding it. Maybe we will stay longer in this house instead of beating our heads trying to decide if we should move out to a single story house.
Working with Acorn has been a very positive experience. The sales consultant, Bret, was professional, informative and low / no pressure. Our installer, Jacob, was also very professional, efficient, and a good communicator. We highly recommend Acorn if you are looking to install a stairlift.
We had an Acorn chairlif5 installed in 2018. While the chair looks nice, the customer service is absolutely horrible. Schedul8ng an appointment is a nightmare because the6 constantly cancel. 3 years ago the lift broke and my (at the time) 96 year old mother had to be helped up the stairs to her bedroom. We waited 2 months with repeated canceled and rescheduled appointments for the technician to come.
