Was very disappointed with this company. They didn’t even follow the rules and cancellation policies for their customers. FTC rules were broken and the cooling off period was ignored . Causing me a loss of 305.00 dollars. I felt like they jumped on the permit process to make sure I would be locked in a deal that I couldn’t afford . Even though I cancelled the deal early on the first day of a business week. I didn’t understand why they didn’t wait for the 3 days before applying for a permit that is non refundable. The salesman and installer were great to deal with . Both were very professional and a pleasure to meet and experts in what they do. I can't say enough about them they were great.
The chairlift works soothly. The installatin was done efficiently.
