Six years ago, I had two chairlift manufacturers measure our staircase for installation. Fortunately we did not need the chairlift for those years, but recently we suddenly recognized its necessity. Very smooth installation and thorough explanation on how it works.
Order my mother-in-law of stairstep they told me if I get a note from the doctor that I could get the taxes back. Fax it to three times I never got it and then the doctor wrote something about it chair and they didn't label it right so now they're telling me I can't get the tax money back worst place ever bad communication bad customer service
Stairlift is good, installation not. They told us that we were not going to see the cables but they are completely exposed. UPDATED: A customer support representative (Terri) contacted me and review my case, she sent a technician (Rob) to fix the problem and he did an excellent job, now, the wiring is all hidden. Not all the companies would fix these issues but Acorn did, we are very happy with the stairlift and the company behind it. Highly recommended.
