Nothing was a problem for our installer/ quoter Ryan. Everything was do-able and Ryan assisted to rush through our installation due to our circumstances. We didnt get an alternate quote due to our trust in the product knowledge of Ryan and his advice of the companies policy on maintenance and support. We'll see this company again next year for a second installation. Not sure about competitors prices but we considered that the price was great for what was supplied.

Acorn Stairlifts had a consultant come out and had a stairlift installed within a week. A great product and much needed for an emergency.
The stair lift is excellent and has given my husband his independence back and feeling of self worth.
