So, easy. Acorn website and a phone call, answered all my queries, instantly. Instead of a very long ramp, meaning big alterations to my garden and deck. I have an outdoor stairlift to enable me to leave my home safely,at a fraction of the price. A free quote the following week, and installation within another 2 weeks. Perfect. All involved were curtious, happy and helpful. So easy! Thank you Acorn.
Very happy with the 2 chair lifts installed however I do have one small complain when the machine goes around the bend it is very slow (extremely slow). A revised engineering design could and would eliminate this problem . All other aspects of the 2 chairs I'm happy with, regards Jim.
Acorn were always very good and clear to communicate with. We are very satisfied with our curved rail stairlift. Although we live 200km from Sydney, the installation was quick, neat and on time with the work done by a friendly specialist.
Acorn was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way!
Bloody useless people we had to deal with .made some calls to rectify and nobody answered. we did get through they blamed us. the cover at the bottom is also a mossie trap. seat to hard to handle for my client. cover too tight and hard for disabled and elderly to use themselves.
