I just had my stair lift installed by Acorn and I love it. Sean the engineer who came to the house explained everything and had so much patience for this "oldie". I recommend Acorn highly. Love it.
Great product! We installed one for my Mum with knee issues, worked perfectly for her as we live in a townhouse and she could easily access upstairs and downstairs. The installation was on time and the crew was friendly. I would recommend this product for anyone with knee issues and old age. Thank you .
From the first phone call until the finishing of the installation it was a totally professional experience. No fuss, no bother and everything happened exactly on schedule. The installation of the chair lift has certain helped in returning a certain quality to my life.
Excellent support service. Our chairlift failed (needed a service) with my mother-in-law stranded upstairs. A call made around 9.30 am resulted in a technician on site and chairlift operational again before 11.00 am. Yes, people rely on these things but same day, same hour, service is beyond any reasonable expectations. Well done!!!
