Shawn struggled to compete my simple half day job. The first day Shawn's team was five hours late and only stayed an hour, the second day he was late by over three hours. Other customers had priority over my job. Once Shawn realized the original quote he provided could not be competed (due to safety reasons), he reduced the workload yet still demanded the original fee.
