Earlier this year ( augest 2006) I was able to witness the great work that Acorn does. The staff is very freindly and it is all very family centered. I know that I wouldnt take my rugs anywhere eles. When you walk in or call you are greeted with the utmost respect and a smile. They are speedy and take care of all your needs and questions about your rugs.
