It was such a pleasure working with Mario & the Acorn team! He sat with us & helped file our claim & once sent in, Acorn provided all the correspondence needed by the insurance company. Mario was always so patient with us, even when we were not quite ready to do the roof. He was never pushy nor aggressive & we appreciated that! The replacement of the roof was so messy, which Mario explained to us that it would be, but once completed, it was as if no one had been there!! We were very impressed!
I highly recommend Acorn Roofing!! Mario was upfront and honest! He communicates with integrity. His crew were timely and professional. They cleaned up the area after completion. We were extremely satisfied!!
Great service upfront, with getting the job lined up. Quick response, delivery of materials, and roof was done in a day. Unfortunately, Ifelt there was poor follow through at the end. The crew went home and I and the foreman were left to clean up because the crew had done such a poor job of picking up the trash and ALL the many nails!! Then, when I had some questions about ongoing leaking that was not fixed by the new roof, and may be related to the chimney, they were unresponsive.
Mario and his team were a recommendation from our contractors, which is always the best way to find someone - and they were incredible! Mario educated us on the whole process, laid out the options for our roof without doing crazy sales pitches or anything like that and his team took care of the entire process with the insurance. Our roof was done in one day and the team left the place spotless. After several attempts with other roofing companies, Travis was able to get my roof replacement covered by insurance. Travis is a very nice and honest man. Very trustworthy and caring. His team did an excellent job. They replaced the roof in one day and it turned our beautifully.
