I just would like to share my latest experience with Acorn plumbing. On a Thursday evening my wife started to do the wash, when a pipe broke inside the wall to the washing machine. We had to turn the water off to the house. We called acorn at 8:00 pm. The service man arrived at our house 7am the very next morning and repaired the problem in one hour. Way overpriced just to clear out a drain in my kitchen 380 dollars wow make sure you shop around before using them it should have been around 150 200 tops. I could have bought my own snake for that amount of money.
Great experience overall. David and Ben were professional, courteous, cleaned up after themselves each day and worked diligently. The work was completed 8-25. We had them replace our oil boiler with a gas boiler. All of the fittings were beautifully assembled like a work of art. They take pride in their work and they've earned a repeat customer and an advocate
Excellent service. Zach our service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining all the necessary steps and procedures to hook our replacement central AC system very polite friendly and kept a clean work area I would with out a doubt recommended him to anyone in need of plumbing and heating services.
The plumbing side has been great for us in the pasty but they are down to 1 Ac tech with no formal training! He lacked the ability to trouble shoot and charged us for his time! He pushed for us to change our airhandler and when it became apparent he did not know what he was doing he refused to return to our job to finish the work! The Ac tech was 100% wrong and we had to bring in another company. All of his bills were not itemized and labeled miscellaneous! Absolute disaster...
