The plumbing side has been great for us in the pasty but they are down to 1 Ac tech with no formal training! He lacked the ability to trouble shoot and charged us for his time! He pushed for us to change our airhandler and when it became apparent he did not know what he was doing he refused to return to our job to finish the work! The Ac tech was 100% wrong and we had to bring in another company. All of his bills were not itemized and labeled miscellaneous! Absolute disaster...
Fast service, knowledgeable & excellent customer service! Will be my go to Plumbers for all of my future needs.
Acorn Plumbing did a fantastic job today! Dave and Ben were here for a few hours taking care of everything for us… no hot water and heat!! They worked wonders and all is now “GREAT”!! Recommend this company “Highly “ Especially Dave and Ben!!
I called in a panic because a tenant didn't have water. Everyone from the gentleman who answered the phone, to the one who called me back to tell me when the techs would arrive to the actual techs themselves, were so unbelievably nice, polite and helpful (despite me being a hot mess express). The tech, Dave, and his sidekick who's name escapes me, were particularly fabulous. He paid close attention to every detail, explained everything he did thoroughly and left the work space spotless. It is clear he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Acorn Heating for reliable and top notch service.
