Our property manager was Jordan Wilson. To start, he failed to ensure that the house was clean (part of the Agreement) prior to the tenants moving in; so the tenants moved into an uncleaned, unswept, and unvacuumed house which caused unnecessary headache with the tenants. In my opinion, a property manager's job is to balance the needs of both the owners and the tenant.
