Of all the storage facilities I have used in FL Acorn mini storage is the BEST. Their prices are reasonable, the customer care service is top notch. It's a clean, quiet facility and very easy access. Their U-haul service is also the best. Very convenient and flexible if you need that. Still old school in somethings. No booking your unit on line for a cheaper price. Moving is stressful, but when you're on a time limit and stressed because you're running out of time to return your truck rental, while also still needing to unload your belongings, that's super stressful. The gentleman at the counter not only had a really nice demeanor on the phone, but was extremely helpful and kind helping us get our storage unit sorted and got us taken care of and even went as far as changing our drop off location from our original drop off point to this location to save us some stress. We had a challenge securing the location for truck drop off. I was offered a $40 discount to drop off in Daytona but it was my husbands birthday so we wanted to drop off near our new home in Port Orange. We paid the extra money to have the drop-off location located near us. When we got to the Acorn Storage location, the store manager, Santos refused to take our truck, he gave us the address of another location that we could drop it off at.
