I rented a van to move some things out of a storege unit. The gentleman working there was so nice! Kindness, courtesy and being a great guy goes a long way with me. I will definitely be recommending Acorn Mini Storage to anyone needing to rent a truck or van. You can rent a pickup truck, van or a bigger truck. Thanks guys
A guitar worth $1,300 was stolen from this Storage . They haven’t responded in any way regarding your belongings. So basically, paying for a storage unit here is like handing your valuables over to thieves. Also without any notice they add 210 miles ($800) in my receipt from the u-haul truck. We had to cancel that my transaction direct to the bank and after they (U-haul) try insist to justify that without any evidence. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
This U-Haul agency is the gold standard for renting trucks/trailers. I had a very tight schedule that was difficult logistically. The folks here were amazing as to their communication skills, organizational skills and over all professionalism. I rented a truck and enclosed trailer. Everything worked flawlessly, they were prompt and had everything ready as soon as the doors opened, making the entire trip work perfectly... I can't thank them enough!!!
I rent a lot of Uhauls for my business and Joel made this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Super friendly and very courteous. I booked a mobile pick up and it was lagging so he didn’t hesitate to tell me to come on in and took care of my rental. I appreciate that more than anyone might think. I will go out of my way to rent Uhaul from this location whenever I’m in the area. Thank you Acorn and most importantly Joel
Had a unit here for a year and had no issues whatsoever. When I moved out, my belongings were exactly as I left them when I moved in. The facility is secure, well maintained, and the employees are very nice and helpful too. I will definitely be back if the need arises and would highly recommend.
