Raquel was very friendly and helpful. So far, good experience.
Staff is very friendly much better than Acorn mini storage, which was here before at this location but prices are going way up. They are, however, making it a much cleaner and nicer place. It wasn’t that great before and the last who worked for Acorn had a personality that needed some maintenance. I would have moved to another facility if they didn’t change ownership.
They bought out Acorn and jacked everybody’s rent up 60%. I live in the same building, and it was nice to have 24/7 access to my stuff, but they took that away, on top of it. Once I get some people to help me, I’m moving my stuff somewhere else. It’s just not worth it.
